3. Commission & Payments
○ Khurja Trade charges a low commission fee on successful transactions.
○ Commission rates are subject to change with prior notice to manufacturers.

4. Manufacturer Responsibilities
○ Ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
○ Maintain product quality standards.
○ Handle shipping, packaging, and after-sales support unless agreed otherwise.

5. Platform Responsibilities
○ Provide a secure and reliable marketplace for manufacturers and buyers.
○ Ensure fair visibility and access to all listed products.
○ Offer customer and technical support for smooth operations.

6. Prohibited Activities
○ Listing counterfeit, illegal, or restricted items. Misusing customer data obtained through the platform.
○ Attempting to bypass the platform to avoid commission.

7. Limitation of Liability
○ Khurja Trade is a facilitator marketplace and is not liable for disputes, delays, or damages arising between manufacturers and buyers.

8. Termination of Account
○ We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or misuse the platform.

9. Governing Law
○ These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh courts.
